We provide Customer Service Excellence and Communication training to Transition Year students. These are skills that require heightened levels of awareness of their importance. As Transition Year students are involved in work experience and therefore social interaction, the Customer Service Excellence programme prepares them for that and indeed part time summer work. We use both Disney and Worldhost training techniques as license holders and the workshops are interactive and highly involving of the student’s experience. The benefits of the programme are increased confidence in working with the public through increased awareness of the importance of customer service and positive communication.
