I deliver a presentation and workshop to 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th year students at secondary schools. I have spoken at more than 100 schools and other venues across Ireland (The RDS, Citywest Hotel, Arts Festivals etc.). I tell my own story which leads to what I have learned from it.

My message is about fear and how it can affect us and the decisions we make. I encourage students to challenge themselves in school and outside of school too. The more we step outside of our comfort zones, the more we are prepared to handled the inevitable challenges which lie ahead of us in life. Both presentation and workshop contain lots of opportunity for students to participate and step outside of their comfort zones.

The presentation and workshop standard duration is 80 minutes but can be shortened down to 30 minutes or increased up to 2 hours.
